Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• the item must be returned in its original condition
• all original tags (if applicable) must be intact

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Each Dori Lys piece is made using reclaimed materials and produced in limited quantities. We encourage thoughtful purchasing and are always happy to answer questions about sizing, fit, or materials before you place an order.
