Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
All Dori Lys pieces are created in small quantities, using recycled and reworked materials.
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Pre-order items require a longer production time. These pieces are made especially for you and take approximately 2–3 weeks to complete.
Please note that occasional delays may occur, as we work exclusively with recycled garments and materials sourced from flea markets, second-hand platforms, and donations. Availability of materials can vary, and we never replace them with new or mass-produced alternatives.
During collection launches or high-volume periods, processing times may also be slightly longer — we always prioritize quality and responsible sourcing over speed.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Europe and selected international destinations.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us by email and we will do our best to add your destination manually before you place your order.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:
• destination
• local courier rates
We do not offer free international shipping, and this choice is intentional.
Unlike mass-produced fashion, we ship each order individually from our studio. Our shipping prices reflect the real cost of responsible delivery, without hiding fees in product prices or compromising our values.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times start after the order has been dispatched:
• Romania: usually 2–4 business days
• European Union: 7-10 business days
• International (outside EU): 7–14 business days (or longer)
Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, local courier delays, or peak periods.
5. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates depend on the carrier and destination country. You can always check it by yourself on Global Package Tracking site by introducing your tracking number.
All orders are shipped with Sameday or Romanian Post.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
Dori Lys is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier disruptions, unfavorable weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us , and we will assist you as best as possible.
